good intentions

Time is flying by this week as I prepare for our move. Yesterday was a day spent in the city, seeing a friend for lunch, going to an appointment, meeting a former colleague for coffee. More goodbyes in the series of goodbyes that have been happening lately.

Today I am feeling more inspired than ever to get serious (finally) about my packing up and discarding. Is it too late to host a mini garage sale this weekend? I mean, mini - as in 4 hours or less? No it is not. There's a website devoted to sales in my areas. I just set up an account with the site and now I'm trying to decide if I should do Saturday 8-12 or Sunday 12-5.

So, I'm all organized (at least in my mind) and down to business - finally! But of course it's easy to let my mind wander from time to time. I'm thinking about our vacation all the time, playing that game, what was I doing at this time last week?

Today it is easy to know exactly what I was doing. Gearing up for team volleyball! There were 12 adults and 15 children in our house, so plenty of people were willing to play. Oh, to be back there right now!

Go for it!! Saturday is a better garage sale day, folks are out looking for sales. Besides, the early hours tend to be the busiest anyway. Good Luck :0)

Gosh Meg...I've been 'gone' for a bit, so I guessed I miss the final decision to move...I know you had considered it seriously previously. I hope your move goes so very smoothly and that the change and transition works out well for the whole family. Sending you blessings and prayers for the big move! : )
