week 6
After a day away, it's back to business for the construction crew working on the house across the street. Aren't they making such swift progress? I bet you're looking forward to seeing next week's picture already. I know I am!
Yesterday was our party and...of course!....I did not take any pictures. But my littlest guy and I tiptoed out this morning and snapped this picture so I could at least show you some of how things looked yesterday. You can also see that we are coming along on our garden in front. Little by little by little....it's a slow but steady process (you remember those overgrown bushes that were ripped out last summer, don't you?)

Your house looks so cute. Very "Martha" :0)
Wow, talk about progress, that is "superfast" ... to use Sweet Boy's favorite word.
Your house looks terrific ... very festive.
Very festive! I am sure that was the perfect backdrop for a perfect celebration.

Hi Meg!
I love to see homes go up! Especially now that the town has some guidlines : )
Your home looks wonderful! I agree with your earlier post about how lucky we are!
I bet your party was super!!!
About an old time bike...My neighbor is from Florida and they have beech bikes there. I bet you have seen them on your vacations. I think of those old time bikes when she mentions her old beach bike. : )
Hugs,
Mary

Your little cottage is adorable!

I do! I think it looks awesome and I love the banners! Perfect. May need to hit you up for some fun "unusual" Chicago things to do. Planning a trip for September/October with the BF. . .
